Hippo Staffing Solutions was created by people who knew things could be done better. After years of working in care, recruitment and training, we saw the same problem again and again. Shifts being filled, but standards slipping. That’s not good enough.

So we built Hippo differently. Every professional we send is trained and competency-checked in-house. We know they’re ready, because we’ve prepared them ourselves.
